1:1 Somatic Coaching

A personalised space to meet yourself through the language of the body.

Together, we’ll explore how to:

  • Awaken greater body awareness.

  • Decode your body’s signals.

  • Build your own nervous system regulation toolkit.

  • Process stress and tension through somatic practices.

  • Gently repattern habitual stress responses.

  • Cultivate steadiness, responsiveness, and self-connection.

  • Nurture proactive and inspired personal growth.

No two sessions are the same. Every exploration is shaped around your unique experiences, needs, and intentions, drawing on nervous system education, conscious breathing, embodied movement, mindfulness, and reflective inquiry.

Is This For You?

This work is for you if you’re not where you want to be and know something in your life is asking for change. You feel ready to reconnect with a way of being that feels vibrant, awake, and alive.

Perhaps you’ve been moving through life on autopilot—thinking, managing, carrying, striving, looping, stalling, pushing through, and simply getting through each day—while sensing there’s another way to be.

You may be navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, or feeling stuck, stagnant, disconnected and unfulfilled.

Somatic work can also help you bring greater presence and embodied intelligence to specific areas of your life. The examples below are inspired by my own experience in competitive sport and legal practice:

  • Optimising Performance
Whether on the tennis court or in another high-performance environment, learn to stay loose, focused, and responsive under pressure instead of “getting tight” or overwhelmed in key moments.

  • Expanding Your Leadership Capacity
Remain grounded, attentive, clear-headed, and adaptable in demanding roles and situations, responding thoughtfully rather than reacting from stress or defensiveness.

  • Deepening Your Relationships
Develop greater awareness of your patterns so you can communicate with clarity, stay connected during difficult conversations, and respond with intention instead of withdrawing or reacting impulsively.

By learning the language of your body with curiosity and compassion, you'll build the capacity to meet life's complexities with greater presence, resilience, and connection—to yourself, to others, and to the life you're creating.

Many people miss out on themselves completely as they journey through life. They know others, they know places, they know skills, they know their work, but tragically, they do not know themselves at all.

—John O’Donohue

I offer trauma-informed somatic practices for groups and communities navigating experiences of stress, mental health challenges, addiction, chronic pain, and life transitions.

Community Offerings

Drawing on a blend of embodied movement, conscious breathing, mindfulness meditation, and nervous system education, I create tailored sessions that meet people where they are.

My approach is gentle, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that the body holds an important part of our story. These offerings invite people to reconnect with their bodies, and develop practical tools to support nervous system awareness, regulation, and self-connection.

Alongside my work within the justice system, I have supported diverse communities navigating complex life circumstances, with a particular understanding of the intersections between trauma, stress, addiction, recovery, and wellbeing.

These accessible and supportive group experiences create opportunities to cultivate greater agency, connection, and a renewed sense of possibility.

Interested in bringing somatic practices into your community or organisation?

Having previously worked as a family law solicitor for almost a decade, I understand the pressures of modern working life — the pace, the demands, the constant thinking, and the challenge of finding moments of pause within a full schedule.

My approach is personable, practical, and grounded in the belief that wellbeing needs to be accessible. There is no need to be flexible, meditate in a “perfect” stillness, or have any previous experience.

I offer evidence-informed practices that help individuals and teams build greater awareness of their bodies, understand stress responses, and develop practical tools to support regulation, responsiveness, and sustainable wellbeing.

Through conscious breathing, embodied movement, somatic practices, nervous system education, and mindfulness, I create sessions that can be integrated into everyday life — helping people move from constant reaction towards greater presence, intention and purpose.

Whether supporting your leadership team, collaborating with your CEO, or facilitating wellbeing sessions for your staff, I’d love to hear from you.
